Residents in the city of Taiz are experiencing a resurgence of the domestic gas crisis, with filling stations and distribution agents ceasing sales, thereby hindering citizens' access to essential daily supplies.

Local citizens reported that the majority of gas filling stations and distribution agents in the city abruptly stopped sales. They confirmed their inability to obtain gas cylinders over the past two days, exacerbating their hardship, particularly in light of the challenging living conditions.

A gas distributor explained that the halt in sales is due to the non-arrival of new supplies to the city. He anticipates the arrival of new shipments within the next two days, which should facilitate a gradual resumption of distribution.

Taiz Governorate frequently encounters domestic gas supply crises. These are attributed to funding shortages and disruptions to supply lines caused by intermittent interruptions and tribal blockades. Such issues intensify the suffering of the population in this densely populated governorate and increase the daily burdens on families.
