Aden's security administration announced on Saturday the apprehension of several individuals involved in publishing and disseminating images and information related to security and military movements within the interim capital.

The security department stated in a release published by its media office that the arrests followed a security alert issued early Friday. The alert cautioned against photographing, publishing, or sharing any information or images pertaining to security and military movements or troop deployments, citing potential security risks.

The administration explained that the dissemination of such information could contribute to creating confusion and influencing public opinion. It affirmed that those apprehended would be dealt with according to legal procedures.
