Houthi militias have escalated military activities in several areas of Taiz governorate's countryside, including indiscriminate shelling near a residential school and significant troop movements towards key fronts.

Local sources reported that Houthi militias launched random shelling on the "Dub'a" area in the Al-Shamaytayn district. One mortar shell reportedly landed near an elementary school in a populated village, causing fear and panic among residents.

In the Al-Wazi'iyah district, sources indicated that Houthi militias attacked positions in the "Al-Ahraz" area, which borders the district. They managed to control the area for several hours before subsequent developments occurred.

Further north, in the Khadir district, sources stated that Houthi militias deployed reinforcements and troop buildups to the city of Al-Dimnah. A portion of these forces was subsequently directed towards the Al-Aqrood area in the Al-Masrakh district, while another contingent moved towards the Al-Salo district in the provincial countryside.

These actions coincide with a broader pattern of simultaneous military escalation and movements by the Iranian-backed Houthi militias across various fronts in the Taiz countryside.
