Yemen Army Declares Taiz-Mokha Road Military Zone, Warns Civilians

The Yemeni Armed Forces have issued an urgent warning to civilians, advising them to avoid the Taiz-Mokha road until further notice due to rapid developments on the western coast.

In a statement released on Thursday, the armed forces affirmed their intention to employ all types of weaponry and firepower against any military movements by the "terrorist Houthi militias" within the designated area, which they have termed the "Combat Box."

The military leadership urged citizens to maintain a complete distance from Houthi militia gatherings and their military equipment to ensure their safety. The statement emphasized that this measure is part of ongoing military operations to secure the area and repel Houthi incursions.

This warning follows significant military activities observed on the western coastal fronts, where government forces and the National Resistance are reportedly reorganizing their ranks and countering attacks launched by the Houthi militias on strategic supply lines.
