According to urgent reports and complaints addressed to the public and relevant authorities, residents accuse the hospital administration of overlooking an individual named Adel Basha. Basha has reportedly been placed in charge of the Internal Medicine clinic, a critical medical department, and is allegedly practicing as a specialist physician despite lacking the necessary credentials.

The complaints indicate that Basha possesses only a nursing assistant qualification obtained after preparatory school. He is accused of fabricating a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree purportedly from Aden University to secure his position at the government hospital.
