Armed Forces Report 101 Operations Against Houthis, 2,311 Militants Killed or Injured

The Armed Forces announced the execution of 101 military operations targeting positions, elements, and military capabilities of the Houthi militia across several fronts, resulting in the death or injury of 2,311 militants, according to official figures.

Colonel Majid Abdullah Al-Nizail, the official spokesperson for the Armed Forces, stated on Sunday that the operations were conducted using warplanes, drones, snipers, artillery, and rocket launchers. These strikes targeted Houthi positions and military assets in the Kataf and Al-Baqah fronts, the Alab axis front, the Al Jawf front, the Marib front, the Al Bayda front, the Lahij front, and the Taiz front.

Al-Nizail further detailed that the operations led to the destruction or damage of troop carriers, armored vehicles, military reinforcements, rocket launch platforms, weapons depots, and other military equipment, as outlined in the military's statement.

The spokesperson also reported the deaths of four Iranian experts, who he identified as specialists in operating and launching drones and missiles, during operations in Taiz Governorate. He cited this as evidence of continued Iranian support and expertise provided to the Houthis.

Al-Nizail asserted that the Houthi militia engages in "fabricating facts" by attributing civilian and civilian facility targeting to government forces, aiming to conceal their own crimes against civilians and infrastructure. He referenced the September 23, 2026, attack on Al-Amr ibn Al-Aas school in the Al-Mudaribah and Ras Al-Ara district of Lahij Governorate, which he stated resulted in the deaths of three civilians and injuries to four others, along with damage to the school and its facilities. He also accused the Houthis of planting mines on roads and in valleys within Lahij Governorate.

The Armed Forces spokesperson affirmed that the military will persist with its operations against the Houthi militia, emphasizing that these actions target "sources of threat" and are conducted in accordance with international humanitarian law, with a strong focus on protecting civilians and their property.
