Two young brothers, Safwan Othman Mutie Al-Ahmar and Osama Othman Mutie Al-Ahmar, were killed on Wednesday morning by a tribal gunman in the Houth Directorate of Amran Governorate, an area under the control of the Houthi militia. The incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute over water channels. According to tribal sources, an argument erupted between the gunman and the brothers concerning water distribution channels.
