Intense Clashes Erupt in Marib's Hareeb Front Between Govt. Forces and Houthis

Fierce clashes erupted on Monday in the Hareeb front, south of Marib Governorate, between government forces and Houthi militias, involving various types of weaponry, according to field sources.

The sources reported that confrontations broke out at several contact points along the front, characterized by intensive exchanges of medium and heavy-caliber gunfire. The fighting was ongoing at the time of reporting.

No official information regarding the extent of human or material losses resulting from the confrontations has been released to date.

The Hareeb front is considered one of the most significant battlefronts in Marib Governorate. It periodically witnesses intermittent engagements between government forces and the Houthi militia, amidst ongoing military tension along the lines of contact in several Yemeni governorates.
