Tribal delegations from across Yemen have continued to arrive in Al Jawf governorate for a second consecutive day, responding to a tribal mobilization call initiated by Sheikh Hamad bin Rashid bin Fudgham Al Hazmi. The gatherings are in the Al Rayyan area of the Khab wa Al Sha'af district, east of Al Jawf, following Al Hazmi's arrival in government-controlled territories.

Tribal sources indicate that Al Rayyan is hosting an unprecedented tribal assembly. Significant delegations, including sheikhs, dignitaries, and members of the Al Mashay'ah tribes, as well as groups from Dhamar, the Wa'ilah tribes, and the Daham, Bani Nauf, Al Dhuway, and Al Ma'afa tribes, have arrived. A delegation from the Al Awjah Al Hazm tribe is also present. Notably, the Manahil tribes from Hadramout governorate have traveled to the Daham gathering site.

This extensive tribal mobilization aims to forge a unified and honorable stance, adhering to deeply ingrained tribal customs and traditions. The objective is to support Sheikh Al Hazmi and his "Rab'a" (a term referring to a protected entity or ally), Mirat Saddam Hussein, who has reportedly sought his intervention for justice and the recovery of rights and properties from Houthi control. According to tribal law, this entity is considered a "Rab'a" of the leadership of the Daham and Bakil tribes, and by extension, all Yemeni tribes.

The tribal call follows Sheikh Hamad bin Rashid bin Fudgham Al Hazmi's announcement of his arrival in government-controlled areas. He reported experiencing torture and pressure within Houthi prisons, and subsequently broke his dagger at Al Rayyan in a public summons to the Daham, Bakil, Hashid, Madhaj, and all other Yemeni tribes. This call urges them to gather and support him in confronting the Houthi militia.
