Yemeni Coast Guard Completes Rescue of Stranded Vessel Off Al-Mahra Coast

The Yemeni Coast Guard has successfully concluded a rescue operation for the vessel "Al-Sultan Marina," which experienced a technical malfunction at sea off the coast of Al-Mahra Governorate.

Search and rescue teams from the Coast Guard's Al-Mahra branch responded to a distress call and worked for over 14 hours under challenging maritime conditions to secure all individuals on board the stranded boat.

The operation involved towing the disabled vessel safely to Nashun Port. The successful mission was a result of coordinated efforts between the Coast Guard, local authorities, and relevant entities, utilizing available resources to ensure the safety of lives.

The Coast Guard Directorate expressed its sincere appreciation to the Governor of Al-Mahra, Mohammed Ali Yasser, for his attention and cooperation, which were instrumental in the success of the rescue operation and the safe arrival of everyone at Nashun Port.
