Three young men sustained injuries on Tuesday from Houthi militia gunfire and snipers in separate incidents in the Marib and Dhale governorates, part of ongoing violations targeting civilians across Yemen. According to security media affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, 20-year-old Nawaf Ahmed Ali Al-Nassi was wounded by shrapnel to the chest from a militia drone strike. Additionally, 22-year-old Muhaib Qaid Hassan was shot in the left hand by a sniper. These incidents occurred on the Harib front in southern Marib, bordering Shabwah governorate. The injured individuals were transported to Al-Hay'a Hospital in Ataq city, the capital of Shabwah, to receive necessary medical treatment and care. In a separate incident, 25-year-old Abdul Rahim Ali Ahmed Hassan, from the Al-Azarig district of Dhale governorate, was shot in the left leg by a Houthi sniper while in the Bitar area, north of Dhale. He was evacuated to the field hospital in Snah for treatment. Security media confirmed that these incidents are part of a series of violations committed by the Houthi militia against civilians, coinciding with continued escalation on several fronts. |
