An investigative report by FraudWiki has raised serious questions regarding the movements of a mysterious aircraft, identified as ET-BCL, a Beech King Air 350, which landed and departed from Sanaa International Airport on Monday, October 12, 2026. The report suggests potential airspace masking and the exploitation of humanitarian flight corridors.

The report, authored by Dr. Abdulqader Al-Kharrraz as part of the field monitoring and tracking efforts of the "We Will Not Be Silent" and "Where Is The Money" campaigns, is based on air traffic data, field observations, video recordings, and nineteen photographs documenting aircraft movements, flight paths, and landing and takeoff operations at Sanaa Airport.

According to the report, radar and digital tracking data indicated that the flight path of ET-BCL intersected with two humanitarian flights originating from Djibouti. One flight was operated by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) under the call sign RED360, and the other by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) with the call sign 3BNBZ. The report claims that tracking data showed the signal of one of the humanitarian aircraft disappearing concurrently with the departure of the monitored aircraft, followed by a change in the humanitarian organizations' flight paths and their return to Djibouti, while ET-BCL continued its journey under ambiguous circumstances regarding its actual destination.

Further tracking data, as interpreted by the report, later showed the aircraft's signal reappearing near Aden's airspace, suggesting a possible diversion. However, video recordings presented in the report purportedly document its landing at Sanaa International Airport at 13:44 and its subsequent takeoff at 14:22, before its signal was again detected over Aden during its return flight. These movements have fueled suspicions of the exploitation of humanitarian cover, especially given a six-day halt in air traffic at Sanaa Airport. The report questions the nature of flight permits and oversight mechanisms in the context of the ongoing conflict in Yemen.

The report also references an announcement by Houthi militias regarding the transport of a tribal sheikh but poses questions about the potential transport of other passengers, sensitive equipment, or foreign experts, as well as the possibility of using humanitarian flights to transport influential figures or Houthi leaders. Consequently, the report calls on the ICRC and Doctors Without Borders to provide official clarifications regarding the observed deviations in their flight paths and the circumstances of their synchronization with ET-BCL's movements. It further demands an independent international investigation into the procedures for granting air permits and flight records to ensure adherence to established protocols and prevent the misuse of humanitarian flight corridors.

The report emphasizes the necessity for aircraft operating in conflict zones to comply with international air navigation rules, including tracking and reporting requirements, and to verify flight, passenger, and cargo data. These demands arise amidst concerns about the Houthis potentially exploiting humanitarian operations for undisclosed purposes, underscoring the need for verification of technical evidence to ensure accountability and transparency while safeguarding the neutrality and operational integrity of humanitarian organizations.
