Al Bayda province's media director, Arif Ali Al-Omri, announced on Monday that the Giant Brigades and armed forces are approximately 8 kilometers away from the Al Rabat area, a strategic point on the Sana'a-Al Bayda route. This advance occurs amidst ongoing military operations and forces' progress across various fronts within the province. Al-Omri elaborated that securing Al Rabat would represent a significant operational development due to its crucial position on the Sana'a-Al Bayda axis. He emphasized that control of this area would pave the way for further advances towards the provincial capital and several districts. The affected areas, he noted, could include the Al Bayda countryside, Al Bayda city, Mukayras, Al Sawma'ah, Al Zahir, Maswarah, and Dhi Na'am. Al-Omri stressed the necessity of increased moral and logistical support for the forces to expedite operations and achieve their objectives. He further detailed that the Giant Brigades and tribal forces have successfully captured several hills and highlands overlooking Al Zahir district from the direction of Al Hada district in Yafa'. Concurrently, extensive clearing operations are underway in the areas of Azlat Al Nasifah. According to field intelligence, forces are continuing their movements to secure territories adjacent to Na'wah area in Al Zahir district, with ongoing progress in the Amflehān and Al Mujarish regions of Aal Himayqan, as Houthi militia elements reportedly withdraw from several positions. Al-Omri underscored that the current operations' significance extends beyond capturing military sites, aiming to pressure supply and movement lines connected to the Sana'a-Al Bayda corridor. He stated that achieving and securing Al Rabat could establish a new battlefield reality. These developments coincide with military activities on other fronts, including Al Jawf, Taiz, Dhale, and the West Coast, as anti-Houthi forces endeavor to expand their operations and consolidate newly captured positions. Al-Omri reiterated the importance of sustained support for the participating forces, asserting that accelerated moral and logistical aid would be instrumental in completing the operations and realizing their goals in the shortest possible timeframe.
