Taiz Court Orders Arrest of Suspects in Al-Mashhari Assassination Case

The Specialized Public Prosecution in Taiz Governorate has issued an coercive arrest warrant for Maath Marsh and his son Ghazi, who are accused in the assassination of Iftihan Al-Mashhari, the Director-General of the Sanitation and Improvement Fund in the governorate.

The prosecution instructed the Taiz police to swiftly apprehend the suspects and bring them before the competent authorities, citing Article (83) of the Law of Criminal Procedure, which empowers law enforcement to execute arrest warrants with necessary force when required.
