The union warned of a growing trend of attacks on medical personnel and facilities, describing it as a disturbing phenomenon that threatens the continued operation of private hospitals and compromises the safety of medical, technical, and administrative staff. It attributed the recurrence of such incidents to what it termed "media campaigns and systematic targeting of private hospitals" through unsubstantiated accusations. The union affirmed that patient rights are a priority for hospitals and stressed the importance of referring any complaints or disputes related to medical errors to the appropriate legal and judicial channels, rather than resorting to assaults or forceful entry into health facilities.
