Houthi militias have abducted a citizen in the province of Ibb, central Yemen, amid daily violations occurring across the province's districts. Local sources reported that Houthi militias seized a bus driver after he wrote the phrase "Sheikh bin Fadgham" on the rear window of the bus he operates to support his family. The militias claimed the driver used offensive writings and phrases on the back of his vehicle. Sources indicated that the Houthi militia forced the driver to confess to committing this act during initial interrogation and subsequently broke the rear window of the bus. The sources added that the Houthi militia is still investigating the driver, threatening punitive measures against him. It is worth noting that the province of Jawf has been experiencing a widespread tribal conflict for over two weeks, under the banner of "Matareh Al-Karama," called for by Sheikh Hamad bin Fadgham Al-Hazmi. This action followed his abduction, humiliation, and torture in Houthi militia prisons due to his support for the cause of "Mira Saddam Hussein." |
