Shabwa Defense Forces Inflict Losses on Houthi Militias in Shabwa Fronts

Shabwa Defense Forces have announced the execution of a precise military operation targeting Houthi militia positions across several combat fronts in Shabwa Governorate, in retaliation for a drone attack that struck a military site and resulted in the death of one of their soldiers.

The forces stated in a released communiqué that the operation encompassed the Harib, Ain, Bayhan, and Upper Markha fronts. It was carried out by their drone aviation units, which launched multiple airstrikes targeting military sites and objectives in areas under Houthi militia control.

According to the statement, the strikes successfully hit their intended targets, resulting in significant human and material losses among the Houthi militia ranks, including personnel and military vehicles.

This operation followed the martyrdom of soldier Saleh Abdullah Saleh Bri'amah, a member of the Sixth Brigade of the Shabwa Defense Forces, who was killed when a drone targeted a military position.

These developments occur amidst ongoing military tensions along several fronts in and around Shabwa, where areas bordering Houthi-controlled territories experience intermittent clashes and reciprocal attacks.
