Al-Dhale Forces Repel Major Houthi Offensive in Bab Ghalq Front

Forces of the Al-Dhale axis successfully repelled a large-scale offensive launched by Houthi militias on the Bab Ghalq front, north of the Qatabah district, during the past night. Clashes continued until midnight.

Field military sources reported that the Al-Dhale axis forces executed precise strikes targeting the positions, gatherings, and movements of the attacking militias. These actions resulted in direct hits, inflicting significant human and material losses and forcing the Houthi forces to retreat after failing to achieve any territorial gains.

The Bab Ghalq front witnessed intense confrontations, during which the Houthi militias employed various types of weaponry. The Al-Dhale axis forces responded effectively to the sources of fire, supported by rocket launchers and heavy artillery, which played a decisive role in thwarting the assault.

This offensive marks the second attempt by the Houthi militias on the same front within two days. A previous unsuccessful attack was carried out the night before last, which also concluded with the Houthi forces sustaining substantial losses and failing to breach the positions held by the Al-Dhale axis forces.
